What is your return and refund policy?

It is clarified that refunds and returns due to a simple change of mind are not possible. If your product arrives in poor condition or broken, please send an e-mail to customer@ncerebro.com or fill out the details here.

If you ordered through a place other than the official website, please contact the retailer.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order before the start of delivery without giving any reason.

The cancellation deadline is up to the stage after the order is placed and before the start of delivery, after which the order cannot be cancelled.

If you are unable to cancel your order due to an error on the site or login issue, please contact us as soon as possible.

There is a defect in the product.

Please let us know using the contact form. We will contact you by e-mail after confirming the contents.

In order to apply, you will need the order name, the order number, the date of the order, and description of the defective part. If you attach a photo or video of the defective part, we can check it faster.

How long does it take to get a refund?

You should receive your refund within 2 weeks(business days). Please let us know if your refund will be delayed further. We will contact you after confirmation.

What countries do you ship to?

ncer.store ships to all countries. You can check the shipping costs for each country on the order page. Shipping charges may apply depending on the number and weight of products being delivered.

When will delivery start?

Delivery usually begins 1-2 days after the order is received. Orders placed after 1:00 AM EST usually ship the next business day. Please be aware that some orders may be delayed by order processing or other issues. There is no delivery on weekends and holidays.

Is it possible to track the delivery?

Once your order ships, you should also receive a shipment confirmation email with shipment tracking information.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For items in stock, orders usually ship within 3-4 business days. Please be aware that some orders may be delayed by order processing or other issues.

Can I change my shipping address?

Shipping address cannot be changed once delivery has been received. Please be sure to check the address as we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect. It is difficult to refund the money because the product cannot be returned to us.
