It is clarified that refunds and returns due to a simple change of mind are not possible. If your product arrives in poor condition or broken, please contact us within 14 days of the shipment's arrival date (excluding weekends and holidays).     Conditions for Refunds

    In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

    • Items not purchased through our site - If you have purchased a product from another retailer, please proceed with the refund or return through the retailer.

    Returning Goods

    We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

    The refund will be issued after the return of the product is confirmed. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks(business days) to be processed.
