International Orders

Orders shipping to an international destination will ship via FEDEX from our office in the Repubic of Korea. Please note that international shipping may take longer than 5 days. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the product and the country of delivery.

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, we cannot change your shipping address once your order has been submitted. Returns are not possible once international shipping has begun, so please double-check the shipping address when ordering.

 

Can I change my shipping method?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Because delivery is carried out through a contracted company, it is difficult to use other delivery methods.

 

When will delivery start?

Delivery usually begins 1-2 days after the order is received. Orders placed after 1:00 AM EST usually ship the next business day. Please be aware that some orders may be delayed by order processing or other issues. There is no delivery on weekends and holidays.
